Case studies

Nine customers, nine different challenges. One way of working.

Real projects that show how we work: the challenge, our contribution and the impact for the customer.

Case 01

When we realised the problem wasn’t the enclosure

From manufacturing a component to helping the customer build a repeatable industrial platform ready to grow.

The challenge

Reduce the time needed to build each machine and avoid developing every new project from scratch.

Our contribution

We worked alongside the customer’s team to understand the product, standardise solutions and turn accumulated knowledge into a repeatable system.

The impact

  • Fewer engineering hours
  • Less variability
  • Shorter lead times
  • A platform ready to grow

We went from being a manufacturing supplier to a partner with whom the customer shares decisions about the future of its product.

Case 02

When an enclosure became part of the brand

A solution where design, functionality and industrial efficiency move in the same direction.

The challenge

Give the machines a stronger identity without limiting the project to a simple cosmetic change.

Our contribution

We analysed how the machine works, is assembled, maintained and used before replacing the aluminium-profile guarding with a fully plug-and-play sheet-metal enclosure.

The impact

  • A stronger product image
  • Simpler assembly
  • Lower operating costs

When you truly understand the product, design becomes a tool to improve industry.

Case 03

Trust is manufactured too

A collaboration that grew from designing a family of enclosures into a stable relationship based on continuous improvement.

The challenge

Build a stable collaboration on a family of machines, measuring quality and delivery together and using every delivery to keep improving.

Our contribution

We set up an ongoing collaboration, regularly reviewing quality and delivery indicators, lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

The impact

  • Shared indicator tracking
  • Continuous learning
  • Progressive product improvement
  • A stable, long-term relationship

When both organisations learn together, the product improves naturally.

Case 04

When complexity stops being a problem

The ability to coordinate unique products, numerous processes and highly demanding technical requirements.

The challenge

Manage projects with high variability, many components and specific needs that could not be solved with standard solutions.

Our contribution

We coordinated manufacturing, assembly, bought-in components, dimensional checks, technical documentation and inspections, keeping full control of the project.

The impact

  • Coordination of multiple processes
  • Technical control of the whole assembly
  • Less management workload for the customer
  • Confidence from the first delivery

We absorb the complexity so the customer can focus on its product and its business.

Case 05

When precision rules

Base and structure for optical instrumentation in a scientific environment.

The challenge

A rigid, stable structure with precision positioners for six optical modules on two levels.

Our contribution

Design, welding and dimensional inspection of the structure, delivered assembled and verified for direct installation.

The impact

  • Direct installation on site
  • Dimensional stability
  • Complete inspection documentation

In science, the structure is part of the instrument.

Case 06

From drawing to industrialised kit

A full enclosure turned into a kit of ready-to-integrate subassemblies.

The challenge

Move from supplying loose parts to delivering a complete enclosure, with wiring, lighting and components already fitted.

Our contribution

Breakdown into subassemblies, assembly documentation and pre-assembly at our facilities.

The impact

  • Fewer operations at the customer’s plant
  • Faster final assembly
  • Arrives ready to work

Industrialising means thinking about assembly before making the first part.

Case 07

When we ship more than an enclosure

Integration of many customer components and optimised shipping to speed up assembly.

The challenge

Allow the customer to speed up machine assembly without receiving dozens of separate parts and components.

Our contribution

We integrate a wide range of customer components into the enclosure (wiring, lighting, bought-in parts) and optimise shipping so it arrives ready to assemble.

The impact

  • Faster assembly at the customer’s plant
  • Fewer loose parts and less handling
  • Shipping optimised for volume and protection

The more arrives integrated, the less time the customer loses at its plant.

Case 08

From need to reality, turnkey

The customer told us what they needed. We delivered a full enclosure for a large-format machining centre, finished and installed.

The challenge

The customer knew what they needed: to enclose and protect a large machine, with visibility of the process and safe access. They had neither the design nor the time to develop it.

Our contribution

We took care of everything: requirements definition, 3D design, manufacture of structure and panels, large glazed surfaces, access door, integration of control elements and installation at their facilities.

The impact

  • A single point of contact from start to finish
  • A solution designed for the machine
  • Installed and ready to produce
  • The customer focuses on its business

What the customer needs, we make real.

Case 09

When we supported a start-up from the first prototype

From concept to product: a next-generation indoor cycling simulator, developed together with a technology start-up.

The challenge

Turn an innovative product, a smart trainer that reproduces the sway and lean of the bike, into a manufacturable, robust assembly with a finished-product look, with fast iterations between prototypes.

Our contribution

We supported the team from the first prototypes: design for manufacturing review, tube and sheet-metal chassis and frame, power-unit housing, welding and painting, and adjustments between versions until reaching a design ready for series production.

The impact

  • Fast iterations between prototypes
  • Design ready for series production
  • Market-ready product finish
  • An industrial partner to grow with

A start-up needs speed and judgement. We provide the workshop and the experience.
