We are a metal fabrication company specialised in the design, manufacture and assembly of machine enclosures and metal structures, ready for final integration at the customer’s facilities. Founded in 1972 in Elgoibar (Gipuzkoa, Spain).

We develop custom solutions for technically demanding projects. We don’t act only as a manufacturing supplier: we get involved in assembly feasibility, time optimisation, error reduction and the continuous improvement of the product and the process. The goal is for you to have a robust, efficient solution from design to final assembly.

We analyse issues, measure recurring problems, standardise solutions and implement corrective actions. All of it has a direct impact on assembly time at your facilities.

Beyond welding, we control the processes
Our continuous improvement teams analyse every stage of the workshop to eliminate waiting, searching and rework. We back every lean improvement with digital tools developed in-house.
Systems at the service of the process and of improvement: we don’t adapt the process to the software, we build the software for the process.
Continuous improvement teams
Cross-functional groups that meet every week to tackle a specific process: material stores, internal supply of parts and kits to welding and assembly stations, or the preparation of workshop documentation.
Planning and tracking
In-house planner and project board: lead times for each order, weekly load for cutting, workshop, assembly and shipping, pending purchases and hours per machine, visible to the whole team.
Connected workshop
Our own web app on tablets, integrated with our ERP: time booking per work order, purchase requests with stock and requirements, and look-up of locations and issues from the workstation itself.
Traceability
Every item with its warehouse location and barcode identification, and issues logged by part number and work order to analyse their cause and prevent them from recurring.
Workshop documentation
Drawings, nestings, part labels and welding and assembly kits prepared by the engineering office so every workstation has what it needs, without searching and without excess paper.
Real costs and data
Actual versus planned hours and costs per order, separating workshop and engineering office. We measure to improve and to quote with data, not estimates.

Quality
Certified quality
Management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas, with dimensional checks, technical documentation and inspections built into every project. We work with qualified welding procedures and welders.
