How we work
From challenge to final solution
An integrated, coordinated way of working that turns an industrial need into a metal solution ready for final integration.
Cutting our customers’ on-site assembly time by eliminating waste.
We don’t just aim to manufacture structures or industrial solutions, but to optimise the whole process so you have fewer issues, fewer stoppages, less improvisation and greater efficiency at commissioning.
- Fewer issues
- Fewer stoppages
- Less improvisation
The process
Five steps, one point of responsibility
- 01
We listen
We understand the need, the end use and the technical and assembly constraints. We ask how it is transported, handled and installed, and what could cause problems later.
- 02
We design
Our engineering office defines the best metal solution with its own judgement and a practical approach: manufacturable, easy to assemble and easy to maintain.
- 03
We manufacture
Laser cutting, bending, MIG-MAG, TIG and handheld laser welding, machining, painting and finishing, coordinated with precision and dimensional control at every stage.
- 04
We integrate
We assemble and prepare the solution so it arrives ready to integrate: pre-assembled, verified and with bought-in components fitted.
- 05
We support
Technical support and documentation throughout the project, and shared tracking of quality and delivery indicators in ongoing relationships.
Planning and tracking
Every project planned and visible
We plan and track every project with software developed in-house and integrated with our ERP. We know what stage your order is at and can commit to lead times based on real workshop data.

What we eliminate
The waste we eliminate
Each one has a direct impact on your assembly time.
- Drawing errors
- Rework
- Assembly issues
- Documentation problems
- Idle time
- Wrong materials
- Missing technical information
- Improvisation at commissioning
Relationship
We work as part of your team
Proximity
A technical contact who knows your machine.
Trust
Long-term relationships with shared indicators.
Problem-solving
We often act as technical and operational support for the project.
Response
Able to handle one-off projects and changing requirements.
Shall we talk about your next project?
Tell us what you need and your constraints. We assess manufacturing and assembly feasibility before making you a proposal.
